I understand โน๏ธ lack off staff in hospitals is a problem in here too.
The health care districts are under funded, so they have to make savings by firing people.
Too few nurses to take care of patients and many good doctors change their job to a private health care units for a better paying.
Usually people stay in 2-3 people rooms, and if someone wants to for example watch TV late it's polite to ask the others in room if that's okay. And of course keep the volume down.
And hearing it's the nurses who keep that noise is unbelievable ๐ฏ
Omg, that sounds horrible not able to sleep because of noise ๐ฏ isn't there some kind of silence time at nights when everyone must go to their rooms and be quiet? In Finnish hospitals it starts at 10 pm, if I remember correctly.

I have seen those too, but not so many near us. But here's mostly gulls and cranes, and mallard ducks almost in every lake and ponds ๐ค๐
I really want to photograph those cranes, but they're always too far away in fields that my camera could never get a good picture of them โน๏ธ

No worries, the nesting was not disturbed, I kept distance, used 300mm lens and heavily cropped these photos in edit ๐ค๐๐ป
