Man, sort of felt like the right move was to decline the holding penalty on 3rd down. Forced the rams into attempting a FG, which to me, was sort of meaningless. Josh was going to get the ball with 4 mins down 6 at worst. Accepting the holding gave the Rams another chance AND bled time
