This funny thing happens to me after a few days in france. The monologue in my brain is still in English, but it has a French accent. Do other non-native french speakers have this experience? I'm so curious about why it happens!

Is there a word to describe the very specific feeling of realizing that I didn’t *actually* cancel my Audible subscription 18 months ago when I thought I did?

Just had the pleasure of applying for a car loan and trying several times to get the lovely person on the phone to understand that I am saying that my employer is HUGGING FACE.

Has watching the #australianopen on @espn.com been awful for anyone else? It keeps changing midpoint to a screen that says “your match will start soon” while mid match 🤪

Mr. Zuckerberg was amenable. He signaled to Mr. Miller and his colleagues, including other senior Trump advisers, that he would do nothing to obstruct the Trump agenda, according to three people with knowledge of the meeting, who asked for anonymity to discuss a private conversation. Mr. Zuckerberg said he would instead focus solely on building tech products.

Mr. Zuckerberg blamed his former chief operating officer, Sheryl Sandberg, for Facebook’s culture, according to one of the people with knowledge of the meeting. He said new guidelines and a series of layoffs amounted to a reset and that more changes were coming.

It really is such masculine energy to blame things on a woman who no longer works at the company www.nytimes.com/2025/01/16/u...

Visibility is powerful. And, excitingly enough, it's something that we can cultivate in our workplaces. Thanks to all my beautifully visible babes out there!

- Advocate for inclusivity. Push for policies and practices that support different identities, and speak up when you see something that's not inclusive.
- Support your friends and colleagues AND be willing to learn and grow alongside them.

So, what can we do to promote visibility at work?

- Be your authentic self. Use your preferred pronouns, and don't be afraid to correct others when they use the wrong ones.
- Share your story. Talk about your experiences and your identity, and be willing to listen to others.
