now I'm quite puzzled by my tracking apps giving me mixed signals:
- Strava says I'm WAY above my weekly range (305 Relative Effort! 😅)

- Training peaks shows on 2nd pic my fitness metrics getting harder to track

- Apple Watch tells me everything is 'Steady' for over a week now 🤔

Actually here we don’t compare Python to R…we compare a Python library (Pandas) to a R Package (dplyr/tidyverse). And in term of clarity, I think this is exactly where tidyverse is better than Pandas. Pandas seems very verbose for some actions.
