We are spending billions to keep our entire navy in the Strait to fecklessly fail to open a waterway that wasn’t closed until Trump’s pointless war of choice closed it.
He’s just burning your tax money.
This is the lovable mode. I can pretty much promise you there’s a mode we don’t see: in my experience hyperactive people who do physical exuberant stuff and also perform are by nature extremely sexual. Like extremely extremely.
He needs to pull that hair up to get rid of the droopy-doo and accentuate his neck and jawline. Can a race car driver work a bouffant under a helmet?
The single best fashion discovery of my lifetime: wearing elastic plaid pajama bottoms with a t-shirt and a blazer as evening wear. Suede work boots or trainers equally good for completing the look.
Now I know all about mambas and vipers. Thx President Trump!
Happy #WYBWednesday, Jane!
Zhang Linghe, and a reminder that being dreamy is hard work.
Nice line by Kimmel and his writers - (NY Times):
He just needs a grey wig to be in drag as Bea Arthur in "Maude."
I call shenanigans. - They probably hoisted her up with a crane. And I can't believe those clippers could cut such a thick branch, it'd need a saw. Maybe a chainsaw. This seems staged. I just don't see her as a lumberjack.
all these universities kept axing medieval history departments as if they thought tyrants beefing with the Pope was going to stop being relevant
To every business I have to deal with: I don’t want another fucking app. I want a mobile-friendly version of your website!
His friends affectionately call him “Cool breeze over the mountains free man nautical term for passing rope through a hole.”
He is sooo Greta Garbo with his stone face that somehow draws us in, and suggests inner depths.
Senator Kim picked up trash in the US Capitol rotunda left behind by the the rioters on January 6, 2020. He is an exceptional person.

I've always thought he looks good in pajamas. Out of pajamas, he's not so bad either.
We shouldn't all be forced to live in this episode of The Twilight Zone constantly. This is no way to live.
So do vinegar and wine. And I can't tell you the number of times I've almost bought parsley instead of cilantro. You can end up with salt, vinegar and parsley, which is only a good combination for stews, or on Passover.
Isn't it likely that Trump is doing his standard negotiating tactic with Iran? He's posturing like a rooster, and posting threats and big ruthless ultimatums. And then when he gets the best deal they're going to give, whatever it is, he'll take it and call himself a genius.
I think Gwynneth Paltrow sells a cream that'll smooth out those pockmarks.
It's a relief that school was "empty of students," according to Google. "While the university was technically in session...the ongoing war had forced all schools and universities across Iran to switch to online classes."
The US Holocaust Memorial Museum under the Trump administration has deleted its teaching materials about links between Nazi racism and the Jim Crow laws: www.politico.com/news/2026/04...
Her portrayal of a 16 year old virgin was spot-off. But who cares?
Ah, nostalgia.
Some of Kristin Wiig's SNL work went over the heads of younger audiences. I like that she was influenced by the classics. 📻 📺
Yowza.
In London, Gail's reliably sells a variety of Pretty Good Bread. Good But I've Had Better Bread. For some breads, Denmark-based Ole & Steen (now in the USA, at least in NYC) is better. Both are a heckuvalot better than what you find in U.S. supermarkets, or what factories like La Brea Bakery sell.
Agree 100% .
