It's incredible just how successful the gender criticals have been in the UK. Complete institutional capture of the NHS, media, government, and now even LGBTQ rights orgs. Every single institution that has protected trans people has been scandalized by the press and bullied into submission.
The appointment of a rightwing Labour drone to any public body is a sure-fire sign that it has been captured by corporate and reactionary interests and will shortly slide into irrelevance. Backwards indeed.
