This one originally started as an April Fools idea where I'd literally just make a stick figure as a monster. The idea to fake it being AI generated came afterwards.

I'm staunchly opposed to people claiming generative outputs as their own beyond the pieces they contributed to its generation. I don't believe anyone should make money on a product that they generated. I don't support others taking my works and generating things from them.

Fun fact, the other post actually doesn't use a hashtag for AI. In all caps, it would say MADEWITHAL.

While I do occasional stress testing of current LLM and Gen AI capabilities to 1) keep an eye on a field I'm educated in and 2) know my enemy, I would NEVER share anything AI generated with pride.

Columi had few dramatic changes from concept to execution, but I found the asymmetrical eyes to be a fun way to sell the amorphous nature of its features.

Columi is made of water-manipulating monsters that produce a bright glow when disturbed or under strain. Its form is very prone to changing, though all Columi seem to prefer maintaining an intimidating horned appearance. #pixelart #fakemon

I will say, I like picking up games like that. They tend to go for a lot less money than older games that are beloved. Haha

Metroid Other M and Metroid Prime Federation Force were a couple I picked up around when I got Zero. Both for decently cheap.

Yeah, when I played it, I thought it was fine. My only gripes are that it's a retread of the story that Starfox 64 was already a retread of and that they don't pause the game during cutscenes (which lost me a wing a couple of times).

That said, it's not bad in the slightest. Just not perfect.

That said, I also don't know what happens if you leave your job. My HSA is in my name, but I could see the funds being moved from it and being taxed upon leaving a job that had the HSA option.

I have an HSA, and it's pretty great. My wife and I don't have to worry about the funds being used for other things since they're exclusively for medical. We've never been short money for medical stuff so far thanks to it (though large enough things could wipe out what we've got rn).

You may or may not be able to read the vibes on this one and guess what it is, but this is a secret map that I worked on for practice. The Brick paths, palm trees, bamboo, Triforce, gnomes, and tree stumps are all custom. There's a few more custom tiles on the map, too.

Haven't posted art in a while because I've been pretty wrapped up in a project, but I'mma share a bit of work that I've been doing. This is a WIP of a forest area I've been working on for the Fakemon game inspired by the college I went to (started almost 9 years ago now lol).
