Fuji-san is not shy today! Views from Kawaguchiko
Witch Hat Atelier is very good and beautifully animated. Love its blend of storybook illustrations that seamlessly hit to highlight big moments
The Nintendo Museum and Uji were both very cool. Bonus: me looking silly
Surprise Scoop! youtu.be/NdKsmB6kDyg
Never but I’d love to go!
Excited to head to my very first PAX for IGN. Gonna be producing 2 podcasts (GameScoop! & Unlocked) and then checking out all the cool games PAX has to offer!
If you're ever looking for someone to fill a squad, HMU!

Been adoring this game, man.
I didn’t think it was possible to improve upon perfection but alas. Also I kinda love the placeholder art
Slay the Spire 2 EZ. Beat my VERY FIRST run. Ironclad is still so much fun. I don't venture into early access often but this one is GOOOOOOOD.
Really loving Marathon. Its alien atmosphere, oppressive (but sick) art direction, and of course the satisfying gunplay.
I like this photo of myself :)
This is the most I've replayed an RE at launch. Next up Final Challenge unlock, then Insane mode with infinite ammo :)
At the height of RE Requiem and just don’t want it to end. I’m savoring every parry, roundhouse kick, and popping head🥲
Up early and gonna be on NVC watching Pokémon Presents with @shinycaseyd.bsky.social, @adventnick.bsky.social, and @loganjplant.bsky.social! Come watch with us on ign.com or your fav streaming platform ✨ We'll be doing a post show too!
I'M SO STOKED

Sent you a dm!
It's been many years, but Game Scope! is back baby!
It’s super gratifying (and weridly validating) to see the DNA of your favorite games imprinted in other media. @adventnick.bsky.social did a deep dive into the inspiration around the original Resident Evil so we can all feel smarter about butchering the undead
I don’t disagree! I think the castle portion and island could use some slimming but hoping RE9 Leon handles the same! And yes, RE2R might be my fave but just wish guns had the same impact they do in RE3R
Check out the HD Remaster of the RE1 Remake! It has an alternate control scheme that might be more your speed and controls like a PS2 action game
It's an experience that went down smooth! Really loved both games for different reasons and it's since sent me down a spiral of playing all the OGs + Remakes. About to wrap of 4 Remake
Got to talk about the OG Resident Evil abd RE1 Remake HD Remaster. Loved my time with both. The children yearn for PS1-era polygons and atmospheric music strewn amid groaning zombies.
Satoshi Kon talks about how Requiem for a Dream took from his film Perfect Blue (1997)
Been replaying all the Resident Evil games. Managed to get the secret computer lab cutscene I don’t think I’ve seen anyone talk about
In the more immediate for writing work, if anyone wants a reviewer for Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined or Resident Evil Requiem (both of which I was onboard for at Inverse) let me know about that.
Breaks my heart to share this, but today is my last day at The Verge and I am looking for work! I'd really like to stay in video games, preferably in some kind of journalistic capacity but I can do PR/Marketing and maybe even a lil Narrative Design. Please get in touch!
