Happy new year. I’ve just covered my car windscreen with a sheet so hopefully I don’t have to defrost it at stupid o’clock tomorrow before work. I think I have already peaked in 2025, it’s only downhill from here on out.

They have also gone around my living room, found spare plugs and plugged their phones in… is this normal?!

Haha I can only but imagine. As long as they’re the ones chasing them after they get out to bring them home!! I swear leaving doors open must be inbuilt with the job role somehow! I’ve taken to hiding in my spare room/office with a blanket and a hot water bottle 🤦🏻‍♀️

Can somebody please explain to me why workmen feel the need to leave doors - especially to the outside of your house - wide open?! I have two men working on my loft who have left the front door wide open. Consequently my house is currently an ice box 🥶
