In this truly insane time, I found “Shift” by Ethan Kross to be very helpful.
You should print out your Social Security Statement. Elon and who knows how many countless others now have access to your private information, so it'd be wise to have a record of it.
I agree. I do t think I’ll delete FB yet, but I want to be there much less. And I won’t engage with any ads. I’m trying to use other companies raises Amazon. It’s surprisingly hard!!

I’m curious. I know there are varied opinions about “boycotting” companies that are abandoning DEI policies or whose CEOs have supported current administration (e.g. Home Depot, Amazon, Meta). Some say that getting off FB is what “they” want, in order to divide us. What should we be doing? 🤨
