Yup. That sucked.

I was able to figure out it was her because she did it from home and had logs from payroll vendor with her IP address being tied to the changes, as well as other logins showing she logged in from that IP.
I don’t think the customer ever did notify law enforcement despite it being a crime.
In a previous IT role, one of the clients I supported had to do layoffs and one of their HR people lost her job.
I disabled all of her IT-managed accounts, but the customer forgot to disable the laid-off employee’s payroll system access.
That employee then deleted the entire payroll workflow.
Oh. My.
Omg, that’s awesome!
Great job!
Sending love and good wishes your way, Carly!
Wait. Hold on. They asked you, a married person, to move in with them to save money on rent out of the blue?!
Y'all, the site is live. And it is glorious.

Yup. The first phase of the new T1 opened last year (it is, admittedly, quite nice).
Now they’ve been tearing down the old T1 and will then build the second half of the new T1 where the old one stood.
I’ve been thinking about that. Only reason I haven’t bought it yet is that, at least for San Diego International, all of the lounges are in T2 and most of my flights are out of T1.
And there won’t be a connection between T1 and T2 until the new T1 buildout is finished in 2028 :/
A young black child glares at the camera in three separate photos. The photos are captioned “congrats”, “happy for you”, and “nice” respectively.
I missed a flight only once and it was due to traffic. I wound up having to leave and go home because all remaining flights for the night were full and already had multiple standbys.
Lost 12+ hours and a paid hotel night (hotel was able to accept me checking in next day but still needed me to pay)
I travel for work. Even with pre-check, my target arrival time at the airport for domestic flights is 90 minutes before my flight (and 2 hours if it’s a busier airport).
If you think being there for an hour is bad, wait until you are there for 12 hours or longer bc every flight left is full.
Want.
Let's all use this occasion to take a look at the many ways Tennessee Republicans have shown how much they value and respect the Traditional Nuclear Family™
Kash Patel tweet: Memo to the fake news - the only time I’ll ever actually be concerned about the hit piece lies you write about me will be when you stop. Keep talking, it means I’m doing exactly what I should be doing. And no amount of BS you write will ever deter this FBI from making America safe again and taking down the criminals you love.
and another thing: im not mad. please dont put in the newspaper that i got mad
"maybe the media will stand up to-"
The media:
Can I also request a film about an RFK Jr. type waking up during a polio outbreak (or if we want to go way far back, bubonic plague) and panicking as they realize that they could get sick?
And it’s all by design. Every attempt to require them to disclose fare + standard services (like a seat, carry-on, and checked bag) has been killed by airline lobbyists.
It’s all about being able to look the cheapest for airfare while squeezing the last dollar out of your customer.
Rabbit, Run by John Updike. Had to read it for a university class and I hated it.
... what, and I cannot stress this enough, the fuck is wrong with men? And I say this as a dude myself.
The housing numbers and methodology seemed suss so I checked their math.
In 2000 q4, the average price of a home sold in the US was $212k. In 2024 q4, it was $510k. That’s closer to a 140% increase, outpacing wage growth.

When corruption is on the menu.
what’s funny about this is that tarantino wrote this “ezekiel 25:17“ for the film. it isn‘t actually in the bible. publicwitness.wordandway.org/p/hegseth-bo...
And better yet: those fines are directly paid to buyers of those tickets instead of government fund.
