Britain's entire policy platform is unlimited money for Boomers. Nothing can decrease their property prices or disturb their precious views and they must keep getting unlimited entitlements.

How? Again, why are you so intent on shrinking the tent? You are telling border hawks, tough on crime believers, isolationists, that even if they are pro choice, they should never donate to you because you aren't interested in protecting abortion rights.

The people don't want immigration

The first rule of British politics: Unlimited money for boomers. Also seeing this across the pond. Vermont Republicans want to exempt social security from taxation.

They need to go after the Triple Lock. It's a massive wealth transfer from the middle class to the rich.

It's very obvious that their strategy should have been to do whatever necessary to stop the boats from coming. The sight is infuriating to anyone. If people were illegally coming to America by boat, I would be mad as well. And get Muslims to integrate, British Muslims have a serious radicalism issue

Fundamentally, the issue is that British elites are all psychologically Americans. These local elections were won by Reform, not because of climate targets, but because everyone is big mad about immigration. This is not Appalachia which does a lot of coal mining, and so hate climate targets.

Do you think voters are mentally impaired that they won't notice a million foreigners arriving every year?

Trump has picked the option of economic collapse. We are gonna become Argentina. I am really beginning to feel like Parliamentary democracy is better.

A country with high debt should not pour money into a financial blackhole like pensions. And there are people who want to waste more in the WASPI women bullshit. It's truly incredible how they never run out of money for rich boomers, but public services face instant cuts.
