Proud to have the support of Vote Common Good, folks who understand that this fight is about putting people over profits and taking our country back from corruption. We’re building this the right way, and we’re not backing down.

That’s not a shift, it's a warning shot.
I’m a combat veteran, 82nd Airborne, and I’m coming to fight for working families, not the rich, not the powerful, but YOU.
Hudson thought this seat was safe.
He was wrong.
Now let’s flip it.
Sappers clear the way. Airborne all the way.
Folks are done struggling to barely get by while billionaires cash in and politicians like Richard Hudson sit back thinking this seat belongs to them. Newsflash: it doesn’t.
New polling shows Trump went from winning this district by 16 points in 2024 to being underwater by 7.
Enough is enough.
Keep your drink cold and your fight strong. Get an Ojeda for Congress can cooler and toast to sending Hudson packing. 👉 ojedafornc.link/s_merch
That’s not leadership. That’s a betrayal of our children, our teachers, and every family trying to do right by their kids.
Where I come from, you don’t turn your back on the next generation. Not on my watch.
But the folks running the legislature? They’ve been starving our public schools for years, and now this corrupt Republican majority on the state Supreme Court just gave them the green light to keep doing it.
The North Carolina Constitution says our kids are guaranteed a sound, basic education. Not optional. Not if it’s convenient. Guaranteed.
This fight is about the folks who keep this country running, and I’m honored to have them in my corner.
That’s why I’m damn proud to have the endorsement of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. IBEW knows I won’t back down when it comes to protecting union jobs and taking on the people trying to exploit workers.
I come from a union family. I watched working people stand shoulder to shoulder and fight for dignity, fair pay, and respect.
This isn’t just an item—it’s a statement. Every purchase powers the work, supports real efforts on the ground, and helps turn big ideas into real, visible impact. Grab yours and be part of the momentum.

We either invest in real care, real access, and real accountability, or we accept a system that keeps failing the people who need it most.
And I’m not accepting that.
Sappers clear the way. Airborne all the way.
Where I come from, you protect what matters. Period.
Mothers matter.
Babies matter.
Families matter.
This shouldn’t be political. But it is, because too many people in power don’t feel the consequences of their decisions.
I do.
And I’m telling you right now, not on my watch.
We’re talking about access to OB/GYNs, midwives, pediatric care, mental health support, the things that determine whether a mother survives and whether a child gets a fair shot at life.
And right now, too many families — especially Black families — are being left behind.
Half of all births in this state are covered by Medicaid. That means when politicians drag their feet or refuse to fully fund it, they are putting mothers and babies at risk.
I’ve seen what happens when systems fail people who are counting on them. And when it comes to something as basic as bringing a child into this world, failure is unacceptable.
In North Carolina, Black women are nearly twice as likely to die from pregnancy complications as white women.
That’s not bad luck or a coincidence. It's a failure of leadership.
This is the best state, with the best people, and I truly believe this is the best district to continue standing up for our veterans and fighting for what’s right.
I listened to their stories, spoke with their families, and I’ll tell you right now — it was one of the most powerful experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I served 15 years at Fort Bragg, and moments like this remind me exactly why I’m still in this fight.
This week, I stood shoulder to shoulder with some of the toughest men and women this country has ever produced – our veterans.
Thanks to Donald’s manufactured war, the pain at the pump keeps growing.
We take care of our own. That’s how I was raised. That’s what I learned in uniform. And anyone who can look at this and shrug it off doesn’t give a damn about the people doing the fighting.
This is exactly why I’m in this fight.
Sappers clear the way. Airborne all the way.
While billionaires and defense contractors are getting rich off another war we shouldn’t even be in, our service members are dealing with empty trays, low supplies, and crushed morale. That’s not just a failure, that’s a disgrace.
This right here is what our troops are being fed while they’re deployed overseas.
I’m telling you right now, this is unacceptable.
You don’t ask young men and women to put their lives on the line and then treat them like this. Not on my watch.
This campaign is built by working people, not corporate PACs, and it only works if you’re in it with us.
Let’s get to work.

Join us for our Volunteer Kickoff on Wednesday, April 22nd at 5:30pm ET. I’ll be there with Team Ojeda laying out exactly what’s at stake and how you can help us take this seat back from the politicians who sold us out.
Wednesday night, we’re getting organized — and we’re getting to work.
This fight to flip NC-09 isn’t going to win itself. It’s going to take people who are ready to step up, pick their lane, and get in this fight with us.
