Trip advisor review - text reproduced below Small and uncomfy but worth a visit Small pub with small selection of handpull beers, ales and ciders. Also a few from the keg. Usual selection of cans and bottles. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Lots of CAMRA awards on the wall. They must be doing something right to please the CAMRA lot. Seating is not great. Some chairs and benches. Chairs are fine. There's cushions on the benches but they are very uncomfortable. Tables have some interesting artwork. No TV which is a bonus for some. Odd selection of music playing. Definitely 70s throwback sort of place even down to the hippy looking bar man. Worth a visit. Read less ^ Date visited Dec 2025
Rather proud of this I think , in a peculiar way 😁

Picture of the back of Leeds Festival 2005 t shirt with the line up printed on it
So for Red Nose Day Stevie’s school had a non uniform day but wanted the children to wear something red. She doesn’t have anything red but a quick rummage through the cupboards revealed a 21 year old Leeds Festival t shirt.
Perfect and quite a line up too

Look what’s hit the pumps today. An absolute corker from Magpie Brewery
Turmoil in the Mideast, an unpredictable ally in Washington, Russia, China.. The UK + other European powers say they must work together better in security & defence. But how well do we really know each other? My new doc: Europe on the Edge is out on iPlayer today +BBC2 at 9pm👇
Absolutely superb first episode, straight into episode 2 now. So much for my early night
I remember when USB was invented and the only device to use it was a specific model of Epson printer
I prefer non-lethal distractions from the tRUMPSTEIN Files like renaming the Gulf of Mexico, making Canada the 51st state & buying Greenland. Sure it was hugely offensive to longtime friends & allies, but at least no one died.
Germany should arrest him under the ICC warrant; no excuses, no delays.
A very poor ruling, the fact that reform ltd have played the exact same game previously really needed to be brought into consideration
I remember seeing him in a stage play as Winnie The Pooh back in about 1973, with my auntie in Cardiff and a few days later on the train back home.
I have to admit to being quite ambivalent, both then & now
Didn’t know he was still doing anything, if truth be told
A great shame. The BBC again shows how it is happy to pander to the Far Right leanings of the few in their constant promotion of those views & appeasement of their overtly vocal leaders
Still nothing about the house ownership & cash though.
It must be really bad if being a Russian Asset & committing Election Fraud are his preferred distractions
