And there are small details I hadn’t noticed before which relate to Twin Peaks, like the zigzag pattern on one of the floors (like the dark lodge), and a small picture of an atomic bomb explosion hanging in Henry’s bedroom, which looks very much like the one from Episode 8 of Twin Peaks The Return.

Rewatched Eraserhead last night. Incredible how fully formed Lynch’s artistic vision was at this early stage. The final scene with the radiator woman hugging Henry in the blazing whiteness to the sound of that ear scorching/fondling noise (also by Lynch) had me in transcendental tears.
