Ok..I didn't see mention of starlink so taken a back little. But not trying to say the debris doesn't cause damage but their fall rates r inconsistent-one time it could be a whole lot coming down & other time not as much-unless I just misunderstood their point
Is this specific to starlink or just orbital debris junk in general? If general then their fall rates r not quite consistent compared to what starlinks r & if anything they'll end up doing more damage due to their size than compared to this other debris which would may come down at some point
