Sure boss. I don’t know what “accountable” means but I’d love to be held.

WebAssembly: Yes, but for What? - ACM Queue

Great article about Wasm at 10:

“In these 10 years, we have seen claims that WebAssembly will replace JavaScript, Docker, Linux, and several minor deities”

“Wasm works well where isolation is needed between different program parts written by different people”

Is the WebDev Arena truly measuring webdev coding ability?

This ML coding benchmark *requires* React/Tailwind and completely breaks with vanilla JS/other frameworks.
The second-order implications of models competing on this narrow definition of frontend web development are rather troublesome.

need product differentiation?

overhire a #CSS front-end team and ask them to:
- polish whatever
- add delight wherever

and watch as your product becomes smooth and buttery while everyone else's gather dust and crust

UI is a huge space offering differentiation via quality

Someone Made a Dataset of One Million Bluesky Posts for 'Machine Learning Research' A Hugging Face employee made a huge dataset of Bluesky posts, and it’s already very popular.

I hope bluesky adds setting for timed auto post deletion. I prefer to just have mine exist for a couple months then delete. There are offline/third party tools for it, but prefer something built in. (fine w/caveats that deletes aren’t absolute: firehouse capture would still get them for example)
