Translation: rich people are doing great.

I’m not convinced anybody even reads my posts on this silly site, so I’m probably not much of a boost for them, but on the off chance, think about backing this Dan Dare book. It looks excellent.
Please consider backing our crowd funder for this passion project being made with real love for the character but retooled for today! kickstarter.com/projects/798979572/dan-dare-graphic-novel
Dan Dare: First Contact graphic novel from @b7comics.bsky.social PB cover by @westonfront.bsky.social
Dammit, I didn’t know about this one. I would’ve come out.
🙌🙌🙌
Tweet by director Joseph Kahn: The solution to the theatrical problem is very simple. Extend the time before it goes to streaming. Make it 180 days. 6 months. If you don't watch it in theaters you won't get to see it for a long time. Studios have devalued their product by letting the consumer know there's no urgency. They're going to see it for "free" later. They've cheapened the business into a buffet and violated basic supply and demand.
plainly true
Just to be clear, whenever a company talks about “cost saving” and “using fewer resources” now, it’s a negative. They’re saying they’re fucking over human beings to give the consumer a shittier product, cause they think you won’t know the difference.
Because of our nation’s long history of presidents being attacked while doing important business at balls.
Sounds to me like a place an unpopular president could hide out to avoid being removed.
😂😂😂
I googled Amtrak trips out of Houston for the hell of it, since I’m not hopping on a plane anytime soon,
And some of those trips are 60+ HOURS LONG!
We could’ve had bullet trains for high-speed travel like Japan…but naw, RACISM!
I hate this raggedy ass country w/ these raggedy ass voters!
🤬🤬🤬
Would probably just prefer an ad.
Eww. Who is responsible for this??!
"This is what you get when you elect Republicans."
Every Dem within 100 feet of a camera needs to be saying this repeatedly.
Every time we elect Republicans, we get dumbass wars, tax cuts for rich people, and financial crises. Every time.
Fucking say it!
Thanks, Tony!
Sooo. 48 minutes till doomsday. I guess I’ll just…walk the dog???
It looks like him, but it looks like “you” at the same time, which is, I think, the best we can shoot for with licensed stuff.
That’s a great Thing (everybody really, but Thing is always the make or break of this group).
“Won’t someone PLEASE think of the markets?!” I hate this world decent people have been imprisoned in.
Destroying the world takes a toll.
Thank you everyone for your support and pledges, team Dan Dare: First Contact are incredibly grateful - and you are AMAZING!

Never again. Too much Bravo.
Whuuut. I go to Japan for a week and I come him to Amandoval?? I guess your love triangle plot for the season is spoiled.
I assumed this was what death felt like.
Really wanna understand
…arguing a deep cut point that Stan was actually a snake. There’s some truth there, but I find that most of the fans fighting this non-fight don’t actually have a ton of knowledge about the situation, either.
I think a sub argument has spawned from this over the last few years that’s essentially gatekeeping. The decade+ of cameos and media attention paid to him has put focus on Stan’s legacy among younger, mostly screen related fans. A older, comic-specific fans seem to feel like they’re…
Take a look at Marc’s Dan Dare campaign! Looks excellent!
Also a handful of G.I. Joe covers left, with some key Joes! I liked this Flint/Lady Jaye/Major Bludd cover. It’s marked down. bradwalker.bigcartel.com/products
I also price adjusted all the art that’s still up. Like this nice Green Lantern cover. Grab it before the HBO show starts and I mark it back up! 😂 bradwalker.bigcartel.com/products
Not sure this is really the place to reach original art collectors, but just in case, I put this new Deathstroke cover (the unpublished, bloody version) up in my Big Cartel store. Tried to price it reasonably, so have a look. bradwalker.bigcartel.com/products
