That's RE7 for me. I can't believe how many times I've started before I drop off. Someday.
Today's date will live forever in Olympic hockey lore.

that shit was so freaking fun. Benito killed it!
"You raise your voice, I erase your voice."
ICE in Minneapolis are erasing your rights.
Please share our new video of what's happening in our city. youtu.be/W1dyNcRGRXY
I spent the weekend trying to process what's happening in my city of Minneapolis, Minnesota by creating this video. youtu.be/W1dyNcRGRXY
A video of Alex Pretti reading out the final salute of an unnamed veteran he cared for until the end of his life in the ICU, posted to Facebook by his son.
You have to read this. Firsthand affidavit from one of the women who was there and recording the video. She talks about how Alex Pretti was directing traffic when she arrived. She watched him be killed in front of her. She's afraid to go home, worried she'll be arrested.
Some details of federal government’s account of the shooting aren’t supported by footage captured by bystanders.
The Minnesota Star Tribune is following reports of individual ICE incidents as we learn of them. Find updates here. Tips can be emailed to whistleblower@startribune.com.
Sickening to see the 2nd and 4th amendments rendered null in the same week.
We can't let this continue.
Not the way I expected data engineering software to break through to popular internet discourse.

So glad to hear you enjoyed it!
2 things for me in a leadership role:
1. Get code written in shorter focus blocks between meetings. Having the context of a chat retained makes it easier to pick back up
2. "one-off" manual tasks that weren't worth writing a script to automate are now worth asking Cursor/etc. to take a shot at
I don’t think we’ve seen the last of consolidation in this space in 2025. Lots of funding rounds from a cheaper time are running low and it’s rough out there even with a good product.
Some fun reading on the young Red Sox core in @baseballamerica.com this morning.

I'm sure there's a genius tax advantage to be found in such a transaction. Well done, sir
I love seeing 1000xRESIST hanging in there all these months later. What a game.
Game Informer Archive covers
As a long time fan, it's so great to see @gameinformer.com make a comeback. A cool feature of creating a (free) account on their site is the magazine archive.
We've obviously shifted to a "employers market" in tech, but people don't forget how they're treated in tough times when times get better again.
True for companies, but even more so for relationships you build with folks that span a career.
Congratulations and well deserved! Can't wait to dive back into GI content
So happy to have GI back, and so happy for you all

Amazing news! You all are the best
An understatement to say this is a pretty big win for Bluesky. Starting to see more mainstream accounts head this way, but I can't think of one this significant.
Oh yeah. Maybe the most boring, yet effective, life hack
I remember rolling my eyes at a track coach who always told us to "drink more water" or "ice it" when we complained about an ailment. Now that I'm in my 40s I'm shocked at how much better I feel when I just do those things.
Ever since I first played Balatro I keep hearing its soundtrack in the background of my mind at all times. What a game.
