Here's my take on the adorable #pinterestchan. Her sketch design had too much red in it. So when it came to rendering I tone that down quite a bit. I wanted to give her a late 2000s 2010s feel. I had referenced lucky star for her look but didn't wanna lean too hard on that.

For quicker and easier search results I suggest looking up powwow dancers. The closing the dancers wear is called regalia and my two personal favorites are fancy Shaw and woman smoke dance.
Regalias can be brightly colored. So I think you would enjoy them very much.
