Let's normalize working with encouraging, brave leaders in places that invest in our development and trust our creativity and expertise. Can we do that? I'd love if we could do that.

US launches 'end DEI' portal for public complaints about diversity in schools The U.S. Education Department said on Thursday it launched a portal called "End DEI" where the public can complain about diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in publicly-funded K-12 schools.

Creating snitch lines where citizens can report one another for wrong-think is totalitarian stuff reminiscent of the Gestapo and Stasi.

Volunteered at Bread for the City food bank in Northwest DC today. I find that putting my focus on and leaning in to community always makes me feel better and more capable. Community is the only way!
