Sy Smoothie mask progress

Last night I revisited this partially (re)assembled mask and painted the lips and added eyebrows and mustache. I had actually planned on using different hair pieces but this turned out really well! I can save the better ones for a different face. He’s looking very Italian!

Dinner break at a local Chinese takeout during work travel. It had just stopped raining outside. The green leaves under the panda rendered blueish here.

Second time using the griddle grill, i think we ironed out the issues feom the previous time. Now to eat!

Late this afternoon I did a big yard trash pickup, which usually extends to across the street. I then went over with branch cutters and cleared a sizeable amount of dead limbs so there was a decent walkway and I could pick up yet more trash. It had been an eyesore and now it isn’t!

I am imagining hedgehogs having tea and looking a bit put out by the intruder’s presence.

Oh yeah, a week ago I went to see Nekrogoblikon at the same venue that GWAR performed at. This is Jon Goblikon at his finest! Another fantastic show to be sure! Five bands total:

Vitus
Persevere
Sons of the Pyre
Enterprise Earth (fantastic)
Nekrogoblikon (my heroes)

Now to gove my eardrums a rest!

Just a taste of the massive amount of blood spew that took place at the GWAR show last night! Also bonus surprise at the end, that was me exclaiming loudly!

Will also mention the nonbloody but very awesome performances by King Parrot and Soulfly, they were most excellent!

GWAR was fantastic. My first show ever! Wasn’t in the immediate splash zone but somehow managed to get red blood spew all over me. This is a blood free clip but fully mythical! Great enthusiastic crowd, outstanding!

Bandeja Paisa, a very tasty Colombian dinner from last night! Then I went to see GWAR…
