They are, I had one this morning, just the smallest thing but it sends you down that rabbit hole again.

I can appreciate that. Grief is a really shitty journey and no one ever prepares us for it or for the triggers that come out of the blue either, sometimes big triggers and sometimes small but they hit us with the same force.
