I’m in a good mood! Watched the Live with Alice earlier, now listen to the remainder of my favourite Radio Shoe on the BBC. Tomorrow a fund day with my brother! 💜🤗

News on the therapist search! I found someone who has an opening in early May! So I took the chance and made a booking! Hope that we will click 💜 Happy Weekend my great and supportive #heartsky family!

Today I got some pins ;) My week was so far very easy. Even as I had the GP meeting. Finding a therapist is nearly impossible these days. But I keep trying. Happy little Friday my lovely #heartsky family 💜

Yes, the way it ended is like no end at all. Everything is open for future stories of all of them. It made me emotional and happy the same time.

So now the waiting game has begun after I send some Mails and left messages on some voicemails. Somehow I feel already a little lighter in my mind. Knowing that I set things im motion to get my mental health better! Thank you #heartsky family for encouraging! And #heartstopper in general for it ⚕️💜

So after I slept better last night in a while, I was at my GP to get advice for find a Therapist. So I got a recommendation. And a website to find a therapist. It’s all a little work now. Somehow I feel a little like Charlie… the real thing just begins… #heartsky family 💜

I think we will get at least get a 2026 Q&A in December… and eventually a mini comic im Spring 2027yyy

Sleept well this might… better as im weeks…

I’m about to see my GP for advice to find a therapist. So it’s no fun day.
