The sea flows between two large rocks, in the distance the shape of the rocks is repeated.

A surfer creasting a rolling wave
Visiting Fistral beach, Cornwall, UK. I had intended to shoot a landscape shot, but the tide was higher than I expected and the surfers looked so good...

rusting and dilapidated quarry buildings sit in front of the rugged mountains of the Langdale Pikes
Elterwater Quarry, Langdale
Hard to know if this quarry has been closed down or is just inactive at the moment, either way it has the feel of a ghost town.

Trying out the voice control on my new VW I said:
"Set Aircon to Max"
Reply came back
"Send a Cunt to Max"?
I didn't have the heart to reply "Yes"..as I don't know who Max is!
No worries
I think you actually meant to tag @thechrisshepherd.bsky.social ;)
Maybe but where is the fun in that.? It's actually 21 shots as each of the 7 hdrs is made of three exposures.
Thank you, most kind
Thanks Preston

The purple hues of sunset light a concrete path along the sea edge curving round to the posts of a breakwater disappearing under the waves.

Here is a 50 second shot form the same place - not much different really
Ahh yeah well actually you are thinking right and my memory/Guess was completely wrong!
It was 220 seconds at f/6.3 (ISO 64) with a LEE big dtopper (10 stops) on the front.
Nicely done
I'll have to check the exif data but from memory it was 50 seconds using the cameras in built nd filter.
Thanks Daniel
Thanks, glad you like it
