I understand the choice to use Matt Hagen if, based on this, they’re going for a ‘Hollywood hunk’ type since that name sounds more fitting than Basil Karlo, but it is frustrating that they continue to do the modern version of Karlo and just give him the wrong name.

He's a 10 but his name poses enduring and incredibly frustrating problems in re: comic v movie continuity

(So the next time you wanna tell someone going "eh I'm a bi lesbian because I am 95% attracted to women but occasionally fuck a dude" or "yeah I am a lesbian and here is my boyfriend, they use they/she/he" that they aren't Real Lesbians, consider walking into a lake for a bit instead)
