Why is it that all of my posts get sub 10 likes, which is fine, until I post about making myself cry? My post about missing my cat is at over 120 likes at the moment. Why is it that one of my most vulnerable posts goes semi viral?

I made myself cry. I found this picture of a cat I used to have. His name was Jester. I had him for about 19 years. From when I was in 5th grade up to about 5 years ago. I still miss him. I keep his tag on my keychain to always remember him.

My depression is pretty bad at the moment. I have not been able to get myself to eat anything other than Chex Mix, Gushers, and pudding cups today.

Just got into a very minor fender bender. I was in the car with my mom and someone rear ended us when we were stopped. There doesn't seem to be any damage but this is why I hate driving. Even if you do everything right other people still make driving dangerous.

Someone special so soon after the heart break that I went through. Yet @mavenwild.bsky.social appeared before me and I can truly say that I am glad I survived the ordeal I went through. She makes me very happy and I want nothing more than to do the same for her.

I find it interesting that people say things like "everything happens for a reason" when someone is going through something interesting. I have always brushed aside thoughts like that. Yet here I am, a victim of said thoughts. I never would have thought after all that has happened that I would meet-
