Roof with solar panels

Hey, Albertans. Australians get three hours of FREE electricity every day, because their country generates so much solar power. Why can't we have that? Oh, right. Because our provincial government does everything it can to block renewable energy and enrich oil & gas billionaires.

Pretty sure that if the Alberta government were *actually* concerned about shielding kids from graphic images, they'd go after the internet, not libraries. Bill 28 isn't about protecting children, it's about distracting us from the government's abysmal performance.

This project includes a CO₂ pipeline run through regular Albertans’ backyards, with massive safety and economic risks. CCUS projects by the o&g industry are a classic greenwashing tactic, and a leaking or ruptured CO₂ pipeline can harm people and animals within a 20 km “hazard zone.”
