I theoretically charge £400 to build and paint a FW primarch, which is well over a 40 hour job for me, so hugely under charging there, but no one has ever taken me up on it, so does it even count? 😂

Painting is best when everything you try makes the model look better. Feels so good. But those times when you do something and it goes the other way... Glad this was the former. 😁

Death Guard/Nurgle seem to be models you have a real affinity for, I love to see you paint them.

So, to be awkward: Say you're new to the job and slow and it takes you three days to do something, but someone more experienced can do a better job in two days, who should get paid more? Or does the more experienced person have a higher hourly rate to account for that. It becomes philosophical. 😂
