im finding it harder to enjoy influencers content no matter how relevant to my interests it is cuz i just end up thinking about how lucky they are to enjoy that and also make money from pr at the same time like fuuuck me idc how envious that is of me im sinning all over the place rn. clean my house

i dont see this talked about much outside of the free clean content niche but its something where if i find out you turn your nose up at a dirty living space i just do not fw you anymore

maintaining cleanliness is not just about locking in or practicing self care. consider the fact that i am paid an unlivable wage to clean a house on the weekends and then cannot clean my own house during the week due to stress and other limitations. squalor happens for so many different reasons

i try not to show the mess if i post irl pics bcuz ive literally seen someone get so cruelly shamed for posting like, a video of their hamster free roaming in a room, where ppl were making jokes about them having rats (referring to the pet hamster....) like maaan... keep your wealthy mouth shut...

thinking about how awfully ive seen other people treat people who live in squalor and let it be known i dont use a png because i dont like the way i look or anything like that its really cuz if i had to be an irl influencer and show the state of my apartment i would genuinely be scared of harassment
