6 Lit mags you gotta submit to this week (& why)

The Cincinnati Review
- One of the most prestigious traditional print mags out there, they also have a robust digital presence.

Apogee Journal
- A lit mag that's been slowly but surely establishing their footprint within the indie lit space.

Luna Station Quarterly
- Dedicated to sharing the "vast talents of female speculative fiction writers," this lit mag is one of the most vibrant and visually appealing spec mags I know.

Translunar Travelers Lounge
- A newer lit mag, they feature stories that "explore the fun side" of fantasy and sci fi.

The Deadlands
- I've enjoyed working with this mag in the past. They pay professional rates and have several reading periods throughout the year.

The Saturday Evening Post
- They've been around since 1821, and they focus on fiction and nonfiction (as well as cartoons) "on the ever-evolving American scene."
