Today is the one year anniversary of my gender confirmation surgery, sexual reassignment surgery, vaginoplasty, bottom surgery, or whatever else you’d like to call it. It has been an incredible journey to get here, and it has been, in a way most people wouldn’t understand, the best year of my life.
