A1up was eh for what it provides they cost too much for too little and if you want variety then you had to have space and money for it. I would have loved to see an economy cabinet and then premium cabinet and then have the side art marquee be interchangeable and custom software to play it.

I never played Cruis’n on the n64. But I remember the marketing in the magazines at the time was ‘ These arcades Cruis’n and Killer Instinct are running on the same hardware that the n64 is going to be running! ‘ KI said as much on one of the screens. I can see why ppl might have that take.

Got a miyoo mini for xmas and was blown away. Been considering selling some of my physical collection. Even set up my steam deck again with retro achievements. The SD is a much clunkier experience that needs fiddling, but the power to run newer things is great along with the screen.

I love all these things!

To be clear, our most historically trusted media outlets carried a tremendous amount of water & shattered their credibility for an administration that will now make it state policy to see them ousted from their jobs if they show even bare minimum backbone. They were warned of this for many years.

Its been a hot minute since I listened to this but since Im in the gym lets go all in.

The "bluesky is an echo chamber" think pieces that keep popping up really tickle me because they show how certain people genuinely believe social media should be for debating and arguing and not talking about the things that make you happy and sharing art with the world.

The Rolling Stones lips but it's a butthole. Do they still sue people? I have an idea.
