Panel 2: A disinterested Wario replied, while picking his nose, with "Yeah, I literally can't relate to that problem at all-" Panel 3: Right before he enthusiastically added "But you know who NO ONE likes?" Panel 4: Wario then shouts "HEY WALUIGI!" to Waluigi, who is only two yards distance away from him. Waluigi is also hiding behind a bush while watching something from afar through his binoculars. I do have to say the commission standard changing from "half now half on completion" to "half now half on sketch approval" to "full payment up front" is a nice sight. It says to me that, even in a small way, that online artists are getting more respect.
