I 100% do not care. My responsibility is to provide a safe environment for children to play, not blame the kids or their parents for my unsafe driving practices.

My neighborhood has a lot of kids.

On two occasions I've had kids run in front of me without looking. By being alert and driving at a safe speed (under the speed limit in both cases), I had time to safely respond by slamming on my brakes.

I will never blame the kids.
