Mix Creama & cream cheese until blended then add to the pot, mix well.

Bring to a boil.

Gradually add cheeses.

Stir occasionally working the cheese in to the cream mixture.

Results should be creamy with a little stretch.

Instructions:

In a Dutch oven or medium stockpot, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add onions & Adobo, saute until soft.

Add garlic paste, mix well.

Add flour until dry & it goldens.

Add milk, H&H, HWC, & broth in gradually, bring to a simmer.

Add chopped broccoli, carrots, & Grey Poupon.

1/2 bottle Crema de Mexicana
1 block cream cheese
2-3 Tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 Cup Heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 Cup Half and Half
1 Cup Lactose free milk

Ingredients

1 Stick of salted butter
1 yellow onion, julienne or minced
2 Tbsp garlic paste
2-4 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp Adobo w/white pepper
2 heads broccoli, chopped (fresh/steamed)
1 bag of julienne carrots
1 lb sharp cheddar, shredded
1 lb mild cheddar, shredded
1 box vegetable broth
