LAST NIGHT I had a dream about the Lizzie McGuire Movie. It has been 22 YEARS since the release of that film and every single frame of it still lives rent free in my brain.

As an ADHD girly I've found it's easier to build systems when I think of them as safety nets so I can be as CHAOTIC AS POSSIBLE - without ruining my life.

My systems are like a responsible friend pulling me back from oncoming traffic.

Over the years, I've become less of a well-oiled machine and more of a jerry-rigged contraption that runs only sporadically, at inconvenient times, and under a set of frustratingly opaque conditions
