This morning @greenparty.org.uk has called for the EHRC’s harsh and ill-considered guidance on single-sex spaces to be withdrawn. As it stands the guidance puts trans people at risk of discrimination & violence, and clearly hasn’t been drawn up with trans people’s input. I’ll be pushing for better.

I think teachers and pupils both struggle with accepting a compliment sometimes - it's always a hard one to balance!

It's extremely important to make compliments genuine and thoughtful when teaching music - and not just default to like "yeah that was good" 😅
