Boise took its Pride flag down. But new art has popped up at City Hall. What it cost “The flag is not our only form of expression,” a Council Member previously said.

The famous Andor line is that "tyranny requires constant effort. It breaks, it leaks. Authority is brittle." Here is a perfect example of that through malicious compliance: Idaho forced the city of Boise to remove its Pride flags. So the city painted rainbows everywhere else.

I’m very interested to hear what you are hoping she can do besides call for the 25th amendment or impeachment, both of which she has already done.

Ah yes, famous supporter of Donald Trump and Middle East wars, Jan Schakowsky.

It feels to me (again, idiot) that people who are connected have heard whispers based on language like that showing up here and there.

I think the reason Nick Castellanos was so loved in his short time with the Cubs was because it was so obvious how much he valued the experience of being a Cub. The reason Kyle Tucker was not was because… well, yeah.

It sure seems to me, an idiot, that there is a lot of smoke about Kyle Tucker not being liked. Not sure if that extends to the clubhouse or is just a statement on the fan reception, but subtle comments like this seem to pop up everywhere, such as this piece at @bleachernation.bsky.social.

There’s been a lot to be angry about over the last decade+ in our country, but I don’t think I’ve ever been as outraged as I am right now.

How are the Brewers going to win 90+ games this year? I don’t know, but it’ll happen.

I’m in Mexico. The last time I was in Mexico before this was March, 2020. It felt like the world was falling apart as we sat on our beach chairs.

Maybe we should stop going to Mexico?

I don't either, but it's fun to dream.

I'm so sorry to announce that I think the Cubs should sign Harrison Bader.

Turning 5 in March. Four is an interesting age, but it's been fun. Wish time would slow down.
