Corporate impunity and the climate crisis are intertwined and rooted in a global system that values profit over people + planet
Corporate impunity means transnational corporations can destroy and exploit the environment + communities without accountability
We need a #BindingTreaty
Legal loopholes open the floodgates for transnational corporations to wreak havoc on the environment while violating human rights
With those affected, we're pushing for a strong #BindingTreaty that closes these gaps and secures access to justice for those on the frontlines against corporate power
