If someone building a business, goes back to the job market- do you consider them a failure?

depends on the task itself. if it a learning or a focus based task then 1 hour. if it is something i just need to do but haven't gotten around to doing it then 15-20 minutes.

For example: I, once, worked with a tech company as a fractional head of growth. They really liked my work but after a month they quit because they didn't have processes in place, they didn't have a clear understanding of their roles & responsibilities in order to help me do my job better.

Sometimes clients aren't ready for external help.

Success stories have more failures than most people even try. Just need to keep going!

I set timers for each task & do it. Regardless of wether I finish the task in the said time or not. I just use it to "Get started" & beat procrastination
