Though officially it's an open question, I think Alex Kurtzman is done with Star Trek. His "farewell letter" for Starfleet Academy (compared to SNW) reads like someone trying to remind the next person given the reins what Star Trek is and what running it means.

I definitely like/recommend her first book, "Bonfire."

Without spoiling it, I was enjoying "Retreat" but then it went big plot twist at the end in a way that I found unsatisfying. YMMV of course.

No that was the actual movie poster in assorted countries when it was released internationally.

It was being considered for the US release but it was changed beforehand, obviously. Not sure offhand why internationally they didn't make the same change.

I think they channel that energy into changing uniform designs every couple of (by the internal chronology) years instead. 😂

I am not a fan of fighting in hockey, but it's a new level of bull when the linesmen have the players in hand (literally) and just because the players drop their gloves, the officials skate away to let them fight/incur more penalties.

It just occurred to me that with SNW done filming and SFA wrapping this week on season 2 with no idea if there will be a season 3, this is the first time in a hot minute there's no Star Trek project scheduled to go before cameras and be filmed.

What a weird feeling.
