My doctor’s appointments went well, and I even found the time (and energy) to record vocals for a new song.
I’m recording seated for now, to better control my breathing. It’s all part of getting back in shape after 3 lung surgeries in two years.
So far, my voice feels the same… time will tell. 😘

All the best for that surgery. I had it myself years ago and I’m super happy I did, I discovered the color blue! Turns out I had not been seeing it for a while then 😅 ❤️

Today, we went out (again! 🤪 Are we crazy?) to run some errands at a mall and to renew my phone plan (you know you're old when the phone plan you had goes obsolete and your SIM just stops working 😅).
Now, back to my pulmonary rehabilitation exercises. Happy Thursday! 😊❤️

Yes. It’s a series of exercises, during almost 40 minutes. Half is different types of breathing and then breathing combined with exercise and it finishes with three series of spirometer exercises. It really helps

It’s midweek, so let’s try something new! 😉
I started lung rehabilitation yesterday, and today I’m a bit tired after the second session. But it needs to be done, so I’ll do whatever it takes!
