Juice of one lemon, more zest to finish, claws for visuals.
Avocado salad.
Crisp white on the side

I made a ‘pimped up’ Toad in the hole , thyme, parsley and leeks in the batter, toffee apple sausages and black pudding.
Daughter made caramelised onion gravy.
It was so, so good on a cold November night.
