I have to be honest, I’m kind of relieved. Live service mobile games rarely have a future, so it’s bad to tie plot-heavy stories to them. This is ripping the band-aid off.
Hope the dev team is doing well, and that they can repurpose the assets the’ve made for a future project.
Shout out to @kh-vids.net saving my butt when I go to my recordings of my KH2 playthrough for the synopsis and realize I was also recording my own voice on the main audio track, forcing me to fall back on their excellent archive. 😅

Some minor issues with doing this:
-You still get achievements, but won't get the popup.
-KH1 crashes if you return to the title screen from a save point. Other games are fine.
-You can't return to the game select. Choosing "Back" from any title screen will just crash the game.
Here's how to enable starting each game without the launcher:

Then you just add each exe as a non-steam game
Did you know you can easily skip the KH HD collection launchers on Steam, and add the games individually to your library?

Quick mod for Birth by Sleep. For some reason, the PC version of BBS uses the PS3 version of the opening scene instead of the PS4's, which was updated with Ben Diskin's voice.
