Morning: Waking up and getting ready for the day. Key right: Article 25 - The Right to an Adequate Standard of Living. Explanation: Having a safe place to sleep, access to nutritious food and safe water for drinking and washing is all a part of our right to an adequate standard of living.
Mid-morning: Attend school and work. Key right: Article 26 - The Right to Education Article 23 - The Right to Work. Explanation: Having free primary education and access to higher education based on merit comes from the right to education. We have favourable working conditions with fair renumeration and access to unions through the right to work.
Afternoon: Travel to visit family members. Key right: Article 13 - Right to Freedom of Movement Article 16 - Right to a Family Life. Explanation: We can travel around our country and leave it because of the right to freedom of movement. The right to a family life means that the State should protect the family unit, i.e., by not separating families who are fleeing domestic violence together.
Evening: Scroll online and post on social media. Key right: Article 19 - Right to freedom of expression. Explanation: Being able to receive information to form our opinions, and express our ideas through any media is part of the right to freedom of expression.
