If I ever join a different long D&D campaign, I might play the character(s) again but with the kinks better ironed out.

The problem is that it was two tangential but conflicting ideas that I fused together when instead I should have made them into two unique characters.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the character that I played in the D&D campaign I recently finished and how they were such an incredible concept, maybe the best character idea I’ve ever had, that I executed on poorly.
Wait Taskmaster New Zealand winner Jackie van Beek was a director on What We Do in the Shadows and was in the original movie?
One of my biggest video game pet peeves is when they have a long cutscene, allow you to walk for 30 seconds, and then go right into another long cutscene. Just make it one extra long cutscene I can use my imagination as to how they got from point A to B!!!
Resident Evil 2 (2019) #MeadiaThread
Requiem had me itching to play some more Resident Evil and this seemed like the obvious choice! God I hope Ada is in the DLC for Requiem or whatever their next RE game is.
It will be so funny in 15 years when Mappa gets demands from fans to change the Chainsaw Man ending
- the wizard, seconds before shooting me with the glock they keep strapped to their leg
Goodbye, Eri (2022) #MeadiaThread
To be honest I just wanted to read something by Tatsuki Fujimoto that's written well. Having read all of his public works now, all I want is for Fujimoto to be able to write or direct a completely original movie. It's clearly something he wants to do!
I bet the Smile remix album will be called Smile RemixD
This is probably taboo to say but I am rewatching Evangelion and I think the new Netflix dub is way better the ADV dub. The script isn't perfect, but I feel like they give the characters so much more depth.
This is also the only game where you have to stop a robot impersonating acclaimed Mamoru Oshii and vtuber Usada Pekora from comitting acts of terror on Australia. This game is really one of Kojima's best.
Death Stranding 2: On the Beach (2025) #MeadiaThread
The story is a little more fast and loose than the first one, but I cried, laughed, screamed what the fuck and had my jaw drop so many times while playing this! It also nailed down a perfect gameplay loop that made me want to do everything too!
Bought an old ProCo Rat and god I love this guitar pedal so much
I think it should be the responsibility of the larger venues to help people when they need it and not force the musician performing to stop everything to address it. I’m willing to be wrong on that, I would just love for someone to explain why.
My big concerns are 1) Will we blame the artist if something happens and they don’t notice? 2) I don’t want to disbelieve people having medical events but, being cynical, how often are these an attempt at getting the artist’s attention?
Ever since Billie Eilish did it once in 2022, it’s happened at a several of concerts I’ve been to since where the performer stops the show to address someone having a health event.
I don’t mean for this to come across as insensitive but can someone explain to me why we are expecting performers now to be responsible for noticing and interrupting their own show if they notice a concerning health event rather than forcing the venue to hire people to look out for this?
I guess Megan James of Purity Ring is debuting a solo project and will be opening for her own band on this leg of the tour! I’m so glad that I got tickets!
Monarch: Legacy of Monsters (2023) #MeadiaThread
They made this show for the bisexuals! Great casting! Kurt and Wyatt Russell both steal every scene they're in. Mari Yamamoto is so pretty and cool in this like wow! Definitely not what I expected when I started it but I like the direction it went!
Smiling Friends, Season 3 (2025) #MeadiaThread
Rip to a real one. I could have watched this for a hundred more seasons but I gotta respect the creators for knowing when to take a break. Excited to see whatever their studio cooks up next and I hope that they own it in its entirety too!
Happy 25th anniversary, Animal Crossing!
Exit 8 (2025) #MeadiaThread
This movie scared me within minutes without showing a frame of horror. Before the title card even dropped, the film seemingly gave away its ending. Not even half an hour in, I feared that the mystery was pointless. And then an anomaly occurs in the direction of the film.
Delicious in Dungeon (2024) #MeadiaThread
I've been slowly watching through this series with my friends every week for the last few months and it's been an absolute treat! Easily a 10/10 anime! I need season 2 now! Fuck it I need the cook book now!
I've been entirely uninterested in much of Popmart's blind boxes up until now but I've been introduced to Peach Riot and I need every single one of them immediately
Absolute banger song I was recommended the other day youtu.be/2CreHq9qqzM?...
I am grateful for the fact that the Chainsaw Man ending upset me significantly less than Attack on Titan's
I wouldn't normally ask this, but if you also wouldn't mind sharing the post, I think it would help with the search!
Extremely random request but does anyone on here have a copy of the Resident Evil 1 board game released by Steamforged Games in 2023 and would be willing to sell it to me?
A close friend lost it in a bad break up and it's out of production. I would really love to make their day and also play it!
