Good morning! I’m currently at Beaverton High School in OR where a mass student walk out has just started to demand a proactive ICE protocol for their school and district.

Students say that similar walkouts were planned at multiple other high schools, including Aloha, Sunset, Southridge & more.

I ran the marathon today, and there were lots and lots of signs that said “You’re running so much better than our government” and lots of promos for the next No Kings Day which was fun. Great weather and great crowds!

Every major Democrat has millions in their campaign account. The threat to democracy is big enough that we need to be funding mobilization and messaging right now - not just banking money for the next election.

If we don't build right now, there might not be another election.

My neighborhood in SE Portland is overwhelmingly supportive beav fans who I get to commiserate with when I walk my dog. Sometimes it’s hard to remember good people with good intentions are everywhere, but we are, and we take care of each other! Hope you get some good time offline today. 🦫

It's okay to admit it's pretty fucking scary when the most powerful person on earth is threatening state violence against a community you live in and love.
