Phoenix after being reborn: RIP to me but I'm different
My legs hanging off the edge of the bed. The right leg has a sock on the foot. The left leg ends a bit after the knee.
It's still so weird sometimes that it just ends there
An 8x10 oil painting of a landscape. Stark clouds and a starry sky hang over a river. Vague tree shapes line the river bank.
This is starting to come together.
We've been watching Chopped on Max (no commercials) and the suspense being elevated with a commercial break is often missed as well.
It's interesting the non-selling effects commercials had
When I'm watching a show alone I don't want commercials. When I'm watching with someone else I kinda want them as little conversation breaks.
A Nepenthes sanguinea (Tropical pitcher plant) it has one mostly brown pitcher and one unopened bright green pitcher. At the end of the most recently unfurled leaf is a tiny pitcher.
The older pitchers died back as they were acclimating. The new one is getting bigger and there's an absolutely tiny one up top. ๐ฑ

A curly cactus hanging over a sink in a macrame hanger.
She really is a radiant plant ๐ฑ

This was fully expected. The pitchers often die after shipping as they acclimate. :)

A nepenthes sanguinea (Tropical pitcher plant) focusing on a small pitcher that is about half brown and wrinkled.
A nepenthes sanguinea (Tropical pitcher plant) focusing on a small pitcher that is partially brown and wrinkled.
The pitchers that lost fluid in shipping are starting to die off. It's sad but they have a few small pitchers on the way and at least one that should be sticking around.๐ฑ
forest fungi ๐โญ
