Concur on team sports. I've tried dozens of jury trials in 30 years, but I can remember more details about some of the HS football games than any of the trials (one a few months ago). I think a lot of it had to do with being part of a team and having coaches.

IMO, bullying is bad. Not all fights are bad. Some assholes need attitude adjustments during the teen years to get them in check. We've gone too far in stopping the early societal attitude adjustments.
